Q: Do you service any computer, regardless of where it was bought?
A: Absolutely.
Q: What all do I need to bring with my desktop?
A: If your bringing in a desktop, we just need the computer itself. We don't really need any discs, cables, keyboards, mice, speakers, displays, etc. unless you are having a problem with those devices.
Q: What all I do I need to bring with my notebook?
A: We'll need your notebook and AC adapter. It's important to bring your AC adapter with you, as we can't do extensive work on your device without a way to keep it powered.
Q: Do you work on printers?
A: Absolutely.
Q: Do you offer any trade-in programs?
A: Sorry, we can't accept trade-ins.
Q: Are there any up-front charges?
A: A $45 Service Examination Fee, which includes tax, will be due when you drop off your computer.
